You have enough power.

Guru3D was able to get their test system to pull 578W from the wall outlet when it had two GTX 570s in it under full load (source). That means that their system pulled about 490W from the PSU.

Guru3D also recommends adding about 100-150W to account for the rest of the system. So that means that under the maximum possible load between the CPU and the 570s, you're looking at about 640W being pulled from the PSU.

Now the PSU you have is rated for 650W of continuous power delivery, so you're all set.

OP, if you just game then there's nothing to worry about because it won't even come close to 650w. Only Furmark might shut your system down but that's about it.

Other people are right though, unless you're stressing them in a game or a benchmark, you probably won't notice anything. I guess I'm the kind of person that wants my system stable no matter what.

Why would you have to 'account for the rest of the system', when the 578W draw is for their whole system? I would think that amount would account for a decent OV/OC on the various parts, rather than being for the rest of the system.
