the rv03 won't fit any long modular psu.

the cm 690 ii advanced is supposedly a great case with good cooling.
you can buy a window side panel from

, which would make it fit your requirements.

I'd also check out the fractal design arc midi, great looking case, great air cooling, and great price, but no window just yet

CM 690 II is an amazing case at a great price, highly recommended.

I personally own a NZXT Phantom and absolutely love it. To me it's all in the details and this case has a lot of nice touches that take it beyond any other I've owned.
