Building a Q6600 rig, need advice on OC´ing and memory.

Hi guys.

I was given a Q6600 Stepping G0 and I intend to use it, I already bought the stuff that I am gonna use.
I would like to run this processor at about 3.2 Ghz. (what I have read, it should be easy).
I just need some advice on how to overclock it, I am a noob at this.
I have seen some kind of a tape mod, where 2 dots on the bottom of the cpu are covered by tape, I have seen that most people overclock this cpu through the Bios though.
I also need some advice on what kind of memory I should get.
This is what I have:

1. Intel Core 2 Quad 6600 (stepping G0)
http://ark.intel.com/products/29765/...066-MHz-FSB%29

2. Coolermaster Hyper 212+
http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6636

3. Gigabyte P45T-ES3G Motherboard
http://www.gigabyte.eu/products/prod...px?pid=3857#ov

4. Memory: The motherboard does take DDR3 memory, I havent bought the memory yet and I need some advice on that, should I take 1333 or 1600.
What goes best with running the cpu @ 3.2 Ghz ?

5. OCZ Vertex 3 Max IOPS 120GB Hard drive

6. Gigabyte N560SO-1GI-950 video card (GTX 560 Ti)

7. Coolermaster Silent Pro M700 (700W)

3.2 ghz will be easy, probably 3.6 ghz

I can't seem to get 400 x 8 to work but 356 x 9 at 1.375 volts is stable as can be

And you can get 1600 mhz memory for the same or cheaper than 1333 mhz (per turbohertz)

Ok, so do I just apply that in the Bios ?
And also, does it matter if the memory is 1333 or 1600, is either better ?
If the FSB will be running at 1333 mhz is it not better just to get the 1333 mhz memory ?

you can run dividers and run the memory at its 1600 mhz speed

And all overclocking is done in bios

Ok, what is running dividers .
What would it look like in the Bios ?
What is the original setting and what would be the desired setting ?
I am learning this and will be grateful for all the info I can get
