It's just a sensor bug. Your SSD should be at or slightly above ambient temperature. Just open up your case and feel it if your still worried about it.

SSD S.M.A.R.T. sensors do not have a temp. It is a bug.

HW monitor doesnt have a temp sensor for your SSD, so it throws random numbers at you!

I dont trust HWM as far as i can throw it, said i was having spikes of 1.62v on my CPU with temps getting to 500c ...lol
