Go Lenovo? S205 for $389

Thread Starter
Still looking around for nice laptop for taking notes, and I came across this:

http://www.techbargains.com/news_displayItem.cfm/263643

It's on sale from $599 to $499 then the coupon code brings it down to $389.

Anyone have any experience with lenovo or this particular model?

It seems like a decent deal to me, but I have also been looking around for a week and found nothing.

Doesn't look like a good deal to me. Best Buy is currently selling a Sandybridge (Pentium B940) laptop that is about twice as fast for $349. Instore or online.

I can and did. Nowhere in the first post did he reference size making a difference. He just said he wanted to take notes. If he needs something below a certain size due to lack of desk real estate, he should say so.

The S205 is a great deal for a Zacate netbook. I would go for the x120e if the $50 increase wouldn't bother you.
