Koolance CPU-370 will not fit my Bitspower 3/4 OD compressions--what's the best fix?

My fittings came in today and I was trying them out on my tubing and CPU block. Unfortunately, this is what happened on my block:

The fittings are scraping against each other too much to even get the second one in.

I was looking at ways to fix it and I think one of these might work:

http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/bishsiro45bg.html

I think the difference between these 2 is that the first one can only point one way which cannot be changed while the second can point any way--is this correct?

Is a 45 degree fitting the correct way to go?

Thanks for the help!

you dont HAVE to use compression fittings for the CPU block. I had the same issue with mt Apogee XT and i just went with barbs and hose clamps and never looked back....the rest of my loop I have bitspower compressions tho

A 45 degree fitting or adapter will solve your problems. One or two thread extension fittings will work too.

Ah, something like that could work too--I just measured a fitting and a 20mm extender would extend one fitting past the other (the fittings are ~17mm).
