i7 920 Hardly Go Beyond 3.8GHz

My i7 920 hardly go beyond 3.8GHz with little voltage bump. Even not successful at 1.3 Vcore.

Here is my current BIOS settings. Please give me some guide or suggestion.

That's because load line calibration is disabled. If you enabled it. it can help you with higher clocks. However you must have a good cooling since it will increase your temps crazily. but since you're watercooling you will not have problem though .

I need my vcore to be at like 1.32 - 1.33 range to get it to 4.0ghz.

This is why I'm currently at 3.8ghz since it only needs 1.200v.

Disable the Spread Spectrum options when overclocking.

I prefer Load Line Calibration options be left disabled.

You're probably at the part of the curve where the need for more voltage for a given clock speed starts going up increasingly more exponentially.

If you see thoroughly, LLC is set to 100% at the bottom part.
