Im running 200x20 Multiplier
1.88 PLL
1.37 Vcore
IOH 1.2
ICH 1.2

Turn ALL POWER SAVING FEATUES AND TURBO BOOST OFF.<<<This is what makes you nice and stable.

Gah, nevermind, system just rebooted.. I to am having trouble making my 4GHz stable!

lol

I can however manage 3.8 Ghz @ 1.35vcore a Tboost enabled.

180x21

As stated in the OC guide, some people just wont be able to hit 4Ghz. Period.

always been amount that magic number for CPU's no point in going past the point where it takes stupendous amounts of voltage to get stable overclocks. IMO not worth it.

Try what other posters said, but once you get a decent stable say 3.8Ghz I always try and make a chart up and down of other stable overclocks higher/lower and depending on Temp. Really helps visualize where ideal overclock is.

Well maybe you're giving high voltage... try what every 920 ocer do at the beginning, put voltage as 1.25v, ram frequency close to normal also the timings, keep the hyper threading, disable the turbo mode and disable all power saving crap.
