well 25*C is 77*F that make the room your in around 65-72 depending on air flow through your case. if that not close then dont trust that reading.

72 With AC always on, and nothing else in the case is producing any heat that is not exhausted.

well then it sounds like hwmonitor should be very close. try getting coretemp. it is a good one for monitoring temp and cpu usage.

If it drops lower than 25 with the new heatsink coming in then I will know temps are off, other than that it seems about right.

you have an H60, that = high end air cooling ability's.
