The GA-Z68MA-D2H has tri pci but pci-e two and three are close together so limited by what you could install in one of them.

I cant confirm if its any good for overclocking as strugling to keep my i7 2600 temps low enough while folding with intel cooler(better cooler on the way).

Edit
If your planing tri gpu setup this board is a none starter pci-e sockets to close.

EDIT: (1155)

You are planning to run Tri(SLI/Xfire) if im not mistaken?

I think your only option would be the WS Revolution, it is currently the only board close to your price range with the NF200 chip, allowing the duplication of instructions for theoretical 8x8x8(x8)

I hesitate to offer the NF200 for Dual(SLI/Xfire) as it introduces latency, and can actually sustain a performance hit as opposed to 8x8

Cheers,

Ishi

EDIT: With regards to 1366, i would honestly be clueless in that regard, only started researching intel with 1155 socket.

EDIT2: This WS Revolution is advertised for $259, and as having the NF200 chip, but fails to mention 3-way SLI in the PCIe connector slot arrangements, i would argue with them that you should be getting a NF200 board if its advertised!

No Tri-fire/SLI for me, but I want the ability to throw a PhysX card in with an SLI/Crossfire setup.

For under $200 and only needing 3 PCIe x16 slots (8x, 8x, 4x) I would look at the Asrock P67 Extreme4 or Z68 Extreme4. If you can stretch you budget $40, then the EVGA FTW P67 offers 3 x x16 slots (x8, x8, x8) for $240. The other option is to grab the Asus WS P67 in openbox from Newegg as they usually sell it for under $200. Since you only want the third slot for Physx then a x4 slot will be fine and I would suggest going with the Asrock Extreme4 or Extreme6 P67 boards, both are under $200 and both have gotten great user reviews.

I was wondering when the voices of reason would land. The ASRock Extreme4 is a great board that should meet your needs.

The P67 FTW actually has the NF200 chip, so there is an abundance of PCIe lanes on that board.

I think that's what I said. It's actually x16, x8, x8 on Tri-SLI, but either way the OP is just wanting the third GPU for Physx, so a x4 slot will be fine. The Asrock Extreme4 or 6 in the P67 would be the best bet or the Extreme4 Z68. These are all under $200 and have the PCX switch so you do not lose USB ports when using the x4 slot like you do with the Asus Pro or other similar boards under $200.
