Good 21" around 100?

I need a secondary monitor since media work gets crowded on a single monitor. Preferably one that comes with a swivel/adjustable mount, one that can turn 90* for portrait view.

Good 21'' around $100? That's going to be quite a stretch. Do you want new monitors only? Or are recerts/used ok too?

Not usually gonna happen for that price. Its gets more costly when you add all those.
I know at NCIX.com (canada) the BenQ BL2201PU has (HAS Pivot) for sale $179.99 http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=55...nufacture=BenQ

But most are around $250+ for the swivel.
