Going for as silent as possible. System in sig

CPU Block: EK-Supreme HF - Acetal+EN (Nickel) - wait for it to come out and use it for BD as well

VGA Block: Might wait for the GTX600 and HD7000 series before deciding. Full cover most likely

Ram Blocks: Not needed

Mobo Block: Not needed

Res: EK-Multioption RES X2 - 150 Advanced
Res Holder (i need this): EK-Multioption RES X2 Holder 60mm (2pcs)

Pump: Laing D5
Pump Top: Not sure if needed

Rad: Black Ice SR1 240 Radiator
Rad2: Black Ice SR1 240 Radiator
Rad Fans: Thinking GT AP11 or AP12

Tubing: PrimoFlex PRO LRT Tubing (Black 3/8" 1/2" 1/16")

Get yourself some GT AP14 or 15s and a fan controller to run them at lower RPM, in my opinion. Gives you the option of cranking them up if you want, and running them dead silent when you dont.

I agree with Glancy. Get a little more umph in your fans and then control them. That way you can hit the threshold between noise and performance. Also look at the RX series from XSPC. They work very well with low speed fans.
