Hi

This is my list for my new pc.
I will be installing windows 7 64bit, Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5850 Extreme

How is the Mushkin Blackline with the msi gd53, i want to overclock to around 4.4 or what ever is best.What voltage of Mushkin Blackline should i get 1.35 or 1.5 ?

Any other suggestions, are welcome.

for P67 boards its recommended to use 1.5V ram so go for the 1.5V one

Other than that your system is fine

For clarification, ram voltage its just recommended that you don't go above 1.5v. Anything below is fine.

If you're talking about OC'ing your processor to 4.4 ghz don't worry so much about the ram since you won't be overclocking that at all. If you want to overclock your ram, then a lower voltage would be recommended but OC'ing ram has nothing to do with OC'ing our processor.
