I'll throw a wrench in the works here ... in the event you don't mind a bit more noise and heat (and of course slightly higher power consumption), and you don't mind overvolting and overclocking to get the most out of the card ... the GTX470 at it's top OC is just as fast (in many cases slightly faster) than a GTX560ti at it's top OC ... for potentially a good chunk less money.
I'm not saying get a 470 if they're the same price, but a 560ti isn't worth much more than a 470 (with equivalent cooling). And 470 has the bonus of an extra 25% of vram, which can sometimes come into play at 1920 res ...
I'm just saying, you stumble on a 470 w/a good aftermarket cooler (like a TFII) for $30 or more less than the 560ti w/the same cooler ... I'd take the 470 anyday, personally. I've been running mine for almost a year now, and I love them. I wouldn't even trade 'em straight across for a pair of 560ti's ... well, maybe the Hawks, but that's it. Even those I'd have to think hard about it, because I've seen my memory usage over 1GB on a bunch of occasions.
