Need help buying a GPU

Thread Starter
I am currently building a computer and I am having serious trouble deciding which card would be best. I plan on staying at a single card for awhile my budget is around 250-300 dollars. I wanna be able to play practically anything with NO problems. Here is a list of my other components.

IN WIN Maelsttrom Black SECC ATX Full Tower Case.
Asus Crosshair IV Formula AM3 AMD 890FX Sata 6Gb/s MOBO
Rosewill Xtreme Series RX850-S-B 850W PSU
Gigabyte GM-M6800 Optical Dual Lens Gaming Mouse
Xbox 360 Controller
Corsair Dominator 8GB (4x2) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM 1600
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Socket AM3)
Apevia 120mm LED Case fan (cause I read that there is an extra slot in the case I'm getting for a 120mm fan, so why not)
Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler.

PLEASE help me find the perfect GPU. My main intent is for Skyrim, BF3, MW3, Crysis 2. Etc. I wanna run HDMI straight to my TV and have everything practically lagless. Thank you =]

Very good card, if you can get an extra $20-30 or wait for a sale you could get a GTX 570

I'm a completely new to the SLI/Crossfire technology stuff, but when I look at the MOBO I have picked out it says it's Crossfire technology. Nvidia is generally SLI isn't it? Would I still be able to use SLI with my board being Crossfire tech?

It can be hacked on most mobos I'm not sure what the 560ti equivalent is AMD side though.

I had a 560ti and was very happy with it. Great card. I would go with this however.

The extra vram will help at higher res. There is of course the option of looking into a used 580/6970.

you could always save just a bit more and crossfire two of these guys.

my friend has the same setup he just changed from twin 5870's and he's very happy with the performance boost. this would only cost you and extra 50 or so vs the 560's or 6950's.
