Really bad 2500k PCmark 7 score?

Thread Starter
Hi,
I decided to try and run PCmark 7 to see what I could get for a score. I got 3372... Similar systems are getting around 6k... What's wrong with my system? I allowed it to run with nothing else in the background that could possibly hinder it, and it was allowed to complete... Any ideas

If your CPU is overclocked it may not be fully stable.

Hi, I'll try returning to stock... I see a couple of problems with the results. 1: the benchmark says that my gpu is running at 0mhz for core and memory, and 2: My ram has a frequency of 1600mhz but pcmark registers it at 667.

You don't have an SSD. An SSD alone will boost your score up A LOT.

IIRC my score went up by about 1000.

EDIT: I took a look at my PC Mark 7 scores and here's what I found.

My sig rig completely stock:
HDD - 3491
SSD - 5082

The highest score with a 2600K and a single GTX460 is 6098. That person has his or her 2600k running at 4.8GHz and GTX460 (768MB) at 854/1980MHz.
