-1 for Frozencpu. Ordered a p67 block and I was sent an x58 block. Had no choice but to send it back even though shipping would be a killer since im from the Philippines, shipped it for $60. I told Mark this (The owner i think), I did not ask for a refund of the $60 only a compensation maybe some small items that would be useful

So I waited for 2weeks and got my build delayed for 2weeks. THIS CRAP ARRIVED:



A beer opener, a stressball and a shirt thats probably worth $2 i feel like there telling me to chill out lol

Once they get your money, customer service becomes crap. Will probably never order there again. Wasted $60 for a mistake i did not have a hand on. People there are either blind or idiots seeing as the receipt indicates that it was checked twice by different people before shipping `

I ordered from sidewinder PC a few times and have had no issue. More times than not they were pretty helpful... I don't know what's going on for you right now. Hopefully it wasn't a drunken keg party in the office.

I have ordered from Sidewinder four times and they all have been good experiences. That is an unusual issue the OP is experiencing. Hopefully Sidewinder can rectify the issue.

I'm from PH too, when it comes to customer service, Gary is your man!!! I've had some problems and headache with FrozenCPU due billing and shipping address mismatch and ONLY Gary was the one who actually gave me an option to just fill out an auth form, send him a photocopy of my CC and email it to him.

I was wondering why FrozenCPU didn't give me an option like this? I asked them but they hesitated in a not so friendly way....I guess they got too big that they don't even give a hoot on losing some $600 worth from a customer like me. Gary was a breeze to talk to and very customer friendly. He even the took time to thank me using our native language (google translate? XD).

Anyway, I really wish him more success in his business..

SideWinder + Gary + Reasonable Priced Items + Excellent Customer Service = FTW

I've got some issues with sidewinder too. Still trying to work it out, hopefully it's just a mistake on their end and not something else.
