I told Mark this (The owner i think), I did not ask for a refund of the $60 only a compensation maybe some small items that would be useful

So I waited for 2weeks and got my build delayed for 2weeks. THIS CRAP ARRIVED:

A beer opener, a stressball and a shirt thats probably worth $2 i feel like there telling me to chill out lol

Once they get your money, customer service becomes crap. Will probably never order there again. Wasted $60 for a mistake i did not have a hand on. People there are either blind or idiots seeing as the receipt indicates that it was checked twice by different people before shipping `
Yeah, FrozenCPU is now on my do not buy from list. One too many items looked to be used that were definitely not priced as such. One item I bought came dented, it was a lian li fan/HDD rack for a 5.25 bay. Another MCP35x pump looked like it was THROWN into a box, a single piece of packing tape was used to secure the flap on the swiftech box it came in. No damage showing on the external boxes said items came in. Dont want the additional grief of RMAing. There prices aren't great and they can't pack for ish apparently, but they do have a large selection. Aquatuning is getting most of my business now, no problems yet but only half a dozen orders so far. Also buying direct from the manufacturer like koolance and swiftech has worked well for me too. Haven't ordered from sidewinder yet, usually can't find the items I want on their site.
