put the hd in another computer and remove all ati/amd folders and drivers?

If the onboard graphics are shot, the motherboard isn't going to work either....

My P8P67 has this same problem. It turns on every GREAT once in a while, the rest of the time I get nothing. It's the board at fault. I've already tested every one of my other components in another board, and it works fine.

You can try other solutions, but I'll bet its the board at fault. Boards are the most common thing to die (especially if they're cheap).
