Any similar PSU's for a better price?

Ok so, I really need to replace my current PSU soon because it has a high failure rate. Ive taken a look at the recommended ones stickied at the top of this forum but one major thing i thought it was laking were links to where to buy or any mention of prices. Ive been looking at one on the list and i was wondering if there is any better PSUs for cheaper with most of the same features. The 500w version:

Not really, but there are much better PSUs for close to the same $.

This one has a single rail, modular, and from a great manufacturer.

That's a good price for that power supply and much better than a Raidmax. But honestly you don't need 500W for that computer unless you are going to upgrade your Graphics card. You could power that system with a 350W

The one he linked is $55/45 Amazon/Newegg. That one is $80/90.

OP: It will be fine for your rig. It also has a bigger rebate on Newegg, if you can buy it from there as opposed to Amazon.

Glad you took my advice.

Thats actually a good PSU.
The OCZ ModXStreme Pro line is well made and well priced(the 700w model is a little under the 500/600 but is still good). The 500W model is a complete steal when you consider that its mostly modular and is under $70.
All of the other PSUs posted are solid units(especially that HCG), but the OCZ is arguably the best value.

Not unless you want it to get a less efficient and less wattage PSU.

And I would state the PSUs, but the one I was going to say is already mentioned.

The recommended PSU for my system is 400w, but even so i will probably eventually upgrade graphics cards.
