If you're willing to sacrifice modular and save a bunch of money (relatively), you could try this PSU. It is on the reco'd list and tonight it's a NewEgg Shell Shocker, $30 shipped: Antec NEO ECO 400C Shell Shocker

That's because there are so many crappy Chinese power supplies out there. That 5670 pulls a max of 64W which is nothing. But yes, if you are going to upgrade your graphics card soon then pick one of those 500W

Honestly, I almost recommend 500W immediately(as a start) for anything intended for more than HTPC and general browsing. Its pretty much the sweet spot. Plenty of choices for cards and configurations, decent upgrading options down the road, and good prices initially.
