Get a nice SSD and use it for a boot drive.

Swap out the Seagate for this.

Any mid range MSI, Asus, ASRock, Biostar, or Gigabyte board would work. What size case you wanting? Full tower or mid tower?

Please get a better mouse and keyboard.

Also, check out some of the 2x2gb ram kits and pick up two for a total of 8 gb's. It will run faster.

Then for 1900 dollar you can pick up watercooling. You can go custom or pick up a rasa 360 or something.

For the case I would go for a silverstone raven, 800D, Hafx, Phantom, or something else stylish.

Your screen will come with an HDMI cable as well.

do you need an OS? A 750w is more than enough for your build. As for 3D vision from nvidia, it's not ready for prime time yet in my opinion (as with everything 3D right now), so you should instead consider a 3-screen set-up. Samsung F3 1TB hdd is very popular for its price/performance so you should get it instead of those slow seagate drives.

For motherboard: get this one and you will save enough money for something else cool

I've heard that 2*4GB are easier to OC that's why, I don't feel confortable with watercooling sorry and also would like to spend not more than 90$ on a case

I agree with SyveRson. Get something like a 60GB Sandforce SSD to store your OS and frequently used applications (not normally games). Your system will feel a ton faster with that. His recommendation on the hard drive is good too.

Get a high-end ASUS motherboard. A standard ATX form factor is fine, but spend your extra money here if you want to future-proof. Make sure it has 8-phase power or more if you want to overclock.

Lastly, if you will be overclocking and/or adding to the system in the future, don't underestimate the importance of a good case. I am very happy with my Antec Twelve Hundred, but $200 on a case can seem like too much. For a low-end case, I have had good luck with Cooler Master 310 and 430 Elite.

What games will you be playing and at what resolution? Do you really need two GTX 570's right away? Most people overestimate their GPU needs at first. Stick with a single GPU unless you have a reason to add more. I suggest starting with a GTX 580 if you really want to put some extra funds there. You can always add a second card if you need to.

Lastly, unless you already own the keyboard and mouse, I would suggest you look into alternatives. Wireless mice are generally not great for gaming and the batteries can wear our at the worst times. They are also heavier. People often underestimate the value of a good keyboard and mouse, but that is what we interact with the most. I suggest a mechanical keyboard with Cherry MX black switches for gaming. Check out the Steelseries 6Gv2. Their Xai and Kinzu mice are excellent as well - great for FPS games.

Best of luck with the build!
