I've read some really poor reviews of that CM fan. So, between those two I would go with the Scythe. However, have you looked at the Scythe Gentle Typhoons? They are good for heatsinks due to having higher than average static pressure. The AP-29 has more cfm and static pressure than either fan you listed and isn't much louder.

Also, for the price of that cooler and the fan(s), you might be better off getting a Silver Arrow or D14 imo.

i have the scythe kama flow 2 but the 1600rpm version
using them as 3x top intake

i had cooler master once... lets just say never again
they are way too loud
i read the reviews and looked at the ratings so it's not like i didn't research
when i tried them myself it's like i had a mini DC-10 plane or something near me

furthermore 3 scythe kama flows were quieter than 2 coolmasters

Lol, the Excalibur is noted for it's loudness so it doesn't get my vote. (I like my blademasters anyway. Though I see minimal difference between their performance and that of the single H60 stock fan. But they do push a ton of air through the radiator. Also, that is the stock fan that comes with the Hyper 212+ I believe )

If we're thinking kama flow vs. GT's, I'll probably vote for the GT's simply because of their higher static pressure. In practice however, I doubt how much performance difference you'll see. I'd also consider GT's due to their ball-bearing tech
