Hi guyz!

My gigabyte 280 gtx is in kinda mood of a toaster. In a room with 25C in idle at 70C,while under a bit of load straight up to 105C.Otherwise its preforming just fine.Is this normal?

thats very hot, VERY hot.

I believe 105 C is the limit of what nvidia considers safe and most people feel uncomfortable over 70-80 C. If you keep running it at those temps your card will deteriorate and die soon.
If you dont want to upgrade yet consider getting an aftermarket cooler for the card. Here is another one.

Its confirmed clean,by compressed air.The card never been OCd or anything, barely used as this is a backup card.I don't really mind to bake it as still has about a year warranty.Altough i'm started to worry when i saw those temps.Don't really have an idea what to do with it.

Yup, It doesn't need baking, unless it shows artifacts on your screen.

The high idle tempatures are due to the dust inside your GPU's heatsink, take it apart and get rid of it with compressed air, and there should be alot of knotted hair around the fan to remove too

You should get new thermale paste for it. If that does not work then most likely the GPU is not making contact with the heatsink. That is a known issue with 280's. To fix this just get some washers and place them around the GPU screws.

Had Same problem with my old ATI 1900XTX... Fan intake heat sink was carpeted with dust. Had To 'Peel' out layer of dust from it. Worked just like new afterwords...
