Don't reset the cmos, it will mess up your ram timings, boot devices, voltages, I/O settings, EVERYTHING. It will definitely reset to stock, but you might spend 20 minutes setting everything else up. FSB is srontside bus, it is no longer used in modern computers, but many BIOSes still list the "ref clock" as FSB. your mobo might say "ref clock" and that is what i meant by FSB.
judging by your clockspeed, your ref clock/fsb should be set to 172 right now.
As i said before, you don't really need to do this since your temps will still be high and your performance will drop. If you do go back into your BIOS, look for a setting called "EIST" and enable it, it should drop idle temps by quite a bit.
