SteelSeries Xai if it would track right on my QCK+. Stuck with a DeathAdder and I hate most of the physical features of it (weight, shape, and texture on the sides), but at least it tracks really well.

The only thing that would make my IMO 1.1 better for me is native 500/1000hz polling speed. I love this thing to death.

I have no problem manually setting it to 500/1000hz, but at least 2 m/s perfect control speed would be nice.

I ******* LOVE MY PERFORMANCE MX! I have a giant glass desk and with the Darkfield sensor instead of a typical red laser, it glides like air on my desk without a pad or anything.

Call me crazy, but my cheapo Logitech MX310 has served me very VERY well. I loved this mouse so much, I bought another here at OCN when my first one died. I don't like those super heavy gaming mice, or the ones that need a gorilla's hand to use. I have average sized hands, but the smaller MX310 just fits my grip perfectly.

Alright, I have some time to kill, so here we go.

Shell: Let's start out with a mouse style similar to the g9, with interchangeable grips. The precision claw grip should stay, because it's fairly comfy IMO and suits the mouse well. Then, the other two molds would be a sturdy 3.0-esque and ikari-esque shape. This would give you what IMO are the two comfiest palm grips, as well as a good claw grip, in one mouse.

Sensor: Give me a sensor with a high perfect control speed on both hard and soft surfaces, the ability to turn prediction on or off, and a way to adjust LOD (like you can on the QPAD 5K). Basically, a 9500 with no positive acceleration and no problems with perfect control speed on cloth surfaces would be ideal.

Buttons: Give me the g400 clicks. It's really that simple here for me. Nice short travel distance, a nice click for feedback, and the buttons last.

Side grips: The same or very similar to the rubber grips found on the CM spawn. give me that kind of rubber, not just a coating.

Sensor position: Dead center.

Cord: Give me a cord similar to the 3G deathadder. The EC cord is too flimsy, i've actually had it go under my mouse on a fast swipe before - but I don't want a heavy duty cord either. ALSO - give me a way to replace this cord without voiding my warranty. I don't know how you would implement this well, but it would be ideal to be able to pick up a new cord for $10 instead of buying a whole new mouse or waiting for a RMA.
