If you want 16gb of memory, I'd buy any of this kits as 16gb not two separate kits.

The Vengeance 1600 Mhz low profile you mentioned, which I have btw.

The 1333Mhz ram is $50 cheaper if you want to save money or you dont mind having 1333Mhz

Low profile is good since it will help in future build for a large heatsink if you ever buy one + they look neat.

Theres also in blue color.

But are you doing a new build? I noticed you have DDR2 ram and this is DDR3 ram.

I do an upgrade, just the modo, cpu and ram, maybe ssd, the case, hard drives etc i already have from my current build. I want fast ram, at least 1600, i cant find 16gb kits is it better a 16gb kit then two 8gb kits? just need good, fast and stable memory (maybe overclockable in the future)

I also can get:

Corsair Dominator DHX+ (CMP8GX3M2A1600C9)

wich have large heatsink and is more expensive.

For the same price as 4x4GB of 1333Mhz (outlined above) you can buy 4x4GB of 1600Mhz

2x Patriot Signature 2x4GB DDR3-1600 for $110

Personally though i recommend $10 extra for the best value 2x4GB kit you can buy:
2x 2x4GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3-1600 CL8-8-8 - $130 shipped after promo (yes the promo is $40 off if you buy 2 kits for 4x4GB)
