performance vs dual fan, what to pick up?

Thread Starter
I was looking for a worthy step from my 5670 HD. What cards are available within my budget is sapphire 6790/6850 and xfx 6790/5850/6850/460 and ASUS 550Ti
I know HD 5850 is the best card from these options. But the dual fan xfx 6790 and its heat sink seems so mouth watering to me. Will i regret too much if i pick it? I play at 1080P (1920X1080) and 40 fps is enough for me. (i already got 45 at 1000p with 4x MSAA at dx11 in dirt3 with gddr5 5670) please suggest.

Unless you already have heat issues, or your case isn't very well ventilated, I'd go 5850. If your card/internals tend to be running hot already, then it might be better to go with the other, but even so the 5850 should be able to keep itself cool enough with whatever cooling it has.

If it's me I would go for a tri-fans card, they can offer you much powerful cooling so that you can easily overclock it to get the better performance than any other cards.
