Explain your needs.

If you plan on using the iGPU, A8 is the way to go.

The A8 APU's integrated graphics will beat Sandybridge's IGP.

What games are you going to play and how high are your expectations graphic wise? A 2500k setup is going to run you a little more than $300 for the CPU, MoBo, and RAM. You could do it cheaply for ~$330 before tax, but would have to settle for a lower quality board and less RAM. See my edit below so that people can help you better.

Edit: I'm guessing the reason you haven't gotten many responses is that you haven't specified your budget (for the whole build) and what your build is going to be primarily used for. Are you just upgrading an old system or building a new one? A lot of the answers to these types of questions are going to budget-based, and as such it would be beneficial for you to provide us with some more details!
