Too vague, What do you do, what is the budget. Want BD? Need something modest like a GPU upgrade? ect

I would upgrade the PSU and Graphics card IMO, 450 watts limits you a lot if you wanted to do anymore upgrades. The gtx 460 would be a good upgrade, but if you didn't want to upgrade for awhile, I'd recommend the gtx 580 if you have the budget for it.

Yeah, I recommend a 600 watt or +. I have a spare GTX 460 laying around that I could sell to you, I've had it for 2 weeks then went to the 580 for my gaming needs. Still have the sticker unused for it and everything that came in the box. Inbox me if you're interested.
