Lights and Fans and Controllers

Thread Starter
so I've got a haf 932 and i'm looking at switching the back fan, 120 mm, and the top fan, 200mm, to red LED's. I wanted to stay with cooler master so since there aren't many choices how are these?

And also can you point to a good controller, relatively cheap, i do not mind if it is flashy .

Finally, I switched the top fan so that it is an intake which makes all my fans intake and my back fan exhaust. Just wanted to make sure I made the right move.

I can vouch for swapping your top fan to intake - it made a significant difference in my HAF-X.

I used that 200mm Megaflow Red LED fan in mine for a while. I still have one of them and they have pretty decent CFM, I think it's around 70~.

I replaced the other fans with NZXT performance 200mm though, which push quite a bit more air.

As for fan controllers, what is your budget? and how many fans do you want to power with it? I like the lamptron variety. Personally I have the Lamptron FC Touch. It ran me about 80~ but it was exactly what I needed. 6 fans, customizable profiles based on temperature probes, and no obnoxious LEDs in my face.

If you want to keep with the red theme, you might like a few of these:

Hope that helps you out a bit!
