Well thanks for all your guys responses. I knew Geeksquad is not the best before but my dad just said that all they did was look at it. I am doing some of the things you guys said to try but the computer some times will literally take 2 hours to respond. gona try some system restores

System Restore can be a good option if it was caused by an update or a program recently installed. Hopefully it gets fixed soon! Keep us posted.

Well found another thing out, still haven't tried restores cause my dad is still trying to back stuff up, but on task manager the hard drive is being used up and few months ago it did make occasional clicks meaning hard drive failure. Going to buy a new hard drive see if that fixes anything.
