Will this cable work with my Seasonic X750 psu or do I have to use cables from Seasonic.

Yes that should work fine, as long as your using a 24pin motherboard connector. Its just an extender so your good.

I think he wants to plug it directly to the psu... to have tidier cable management. and I think there are 20 pins there instead of 24.
