Revert to stock, play a game and check your FPS. Then overclock and try again. That should show results.
Don't have any games yet, just built the computer today, and I leave in 4 hours for work 2200 miles away.

My overclock that was just stable is now experiencing problems, AGH. lemme see if a restart helps it.

Have you upped your voltages?
You'll be unstable at those clocks with stock voltage.

Try 1.00v and you should be sweet.

No I used Guru3D, lemme try that one.

EDIT: I downloaded the one you told me to, and it still wont let me play with the Volts, does it matter what Driver I'm using? I did click the unlock volt in settings.

Are you running drivers off the manufacturers CD? Or proper Nvidia forceware?
If you're not using the latest Nvidia ones, then go here

Also, make sure in Afterburner, that you've gone into your settings and unlocked the ability to alter the voltage. It's locked by default to avoid accidents.

I already have the latest Nvidia drivers.

EDIT: If you click download latest Afterburner Beta on the link you supplied, it says site not found.
