Like mentioned above lower your Vcore, 1.6 is pretty high. But most BSOD's are created by ram issues. Unless it mentions something about the CPU being the problem. So try increasing ram volts and lowering memory speeds. I found this guide a lot of help.

It seems that it I have obtained a rather low quality chip. I can go up to 3.6 ghz without any BSOD's on start up but 4 out of 6 cores fail after extended prime95 testing.
