Outlook express? Yeah, seriously...

I had a quick question about Outlook express and Windows XP system restore.

Example: The PC owner had "Person A" blocked on Outlook express on Monday (to not receive email from them) and removed "Person A" from the block list later that week. (Lets say, Friday)

Later the PC owner did a system restore. Would Outlook express restore it's settings also, and put "Person A" back on the block list?

Thanks,

*Posted this in the "Other Software" instead of the "Windows" section. If a mod could please move this I would appreciate it. Sorry for the trouble.*

Okay, so I answered my own question. Just in case someone is wondering, doing a system restore DOES NOT restore or alter the block list in Outlook Express.
