I would recommend going Intel with this budget. i3 2300 would yield better overall performance for roughly the same price.
If you insist on going with AMD at this point, i'd at least get a AM3+ board.

The Hyper TX3 is a tower cooler and does not result in adequate VRM cooling, unless you add on a pack of heatsinks (but I have no idea if you will find those in India).
