Which watercooling kit - Radeon 6990?

Thread Starter
Looking to go the watercooling route for the first time on my upcoming gaming PC (6990+6970) build (I don't think I could stand the 6990 noise).

I've never installed watercooling before, but I'm confident enough in my ability to do so.

I was hoping for some advice on good water cooling kits or setups for less than $200, excluding the block.

Obviously it would make sense to watercool the 6970 and cpu as well, but right now I'm focused on the 6990 and I'm already close to my budget.

Thanks!

you are going to want a 360 I'd say for that beast. you can get a good black ice for about 70 + a MPC335 for another 70 + a res for like 30 some fittings for about another 20 or so plus about 10 or 15 for tubing. That should be sufficient for now if you're looking to cool just the 6990. (all my prices came from Frozen CPU)

It's pretty hard to spend less than 200

Would the Rasa 750 RX360 kit work?

You can get that, but then you have to get a block for the 6990.
