You can't trust most manufacturers specifications as they vary widely and bear little relation to reality.

Airen Extreme is ******* loud, I have it and its like formule 1 at 2000rpm. So Im using 1400 and its quite ok.

That's a pretty big rad, unless you're cooling alot with it you'll be okay with very quiet fans.
I'd go for these.

Quiet, decent static pressure for the speed and again, quiet.
