And yes, I know my handwriting is horrible. I'm almost 18 and I write like I'm in 1st grade.

There is no company name on it, just a sticker on the back that says "Made In China".

It's bluetooth btw. Worked on my Macbook Pro.

There's nothing to sue really. You can't sue someone for making a keyboard that looks sort of like something that you make.

@NickW: Those things are like $15-20. I have one - nothing on the real deal.

That's still a rip-off.

Apple seems to think that it's perfectly acceptable to sue on that basis.

Every company maimed a keyboard that looks like the Apple ones, Walmart has one branded.onn I-rocks makes them too which pretty much every online retailer carries.

i guess apple hasn't found out yet? there are no apple stores in china yet, but there's going to be around 200 of them opening in the near future. expect a law suit then.

but for now, why hasn't apple sued sony for using a similar keyboard on their laptops?

Ever notice that the Chinese Clone keyboards never bother with getting their Windows Key certified?

Filco does. Another quality touch.
