Why are you going for the Deluxe version of that mobo and p67? You can easily save some money and get a P8Z68-V LE, P8Z68-V, P8Z68-V PRO for cheaper that can allow you to use Lucid Virtu to help with video encoding and a few other things.

Also look into the Crucial M4...I got the 64GB one for my dad, its great. Also the crucial M4 and the intel 510 are the most reliable SSD's atm as far as I know.

Finally...a nvidia card may be a better choice for 3d work b/c a lot of the programs for 3d and video can take advantage of the cuda cores.
I can't order that ram in my country, why the deluxe? i think ist a good board for overclocking in the future. I have a limited budget so thats why i take the Corsair P3-128 I need minimum 120gb for C:/ for windows 7 and 3D program. Because I take the corsair, I saved money for a better video card than my current. A to heavy videocard i don't think my psu can handle it, have BeQuiet 550w
