Free .ttf editor?

Thread Starter
I have a font, and want to change it slightly. Also: I do not see it on any of the free font websites.

Do any of you folks know anything? I am running win7x64, intel. I did try a google search, but what I found is old and only supports through XP.

You could try a free trial of:

http://www.high-logic.com/fontcreator.html

Just out of curiosity, what do you want to modify?

Fonts are pretty delicately balanced from character to character.

I have tried that and it doesn't allow me to save in the trial version unfortunately. As for what I want to modify: I have a font like this and what to do some minor changes to the numbers. It's for my own little code project and I'm trying to achieve a certain look.

This actually looks nice, and it looks like they have some good documentation under the information tab.

http://fontforge.sourceforge.net/

Be careful about editing fonts if you plan on using this commercially.

It only has support through XP and doesn't want to run properly on 7 frown.gif
