Some kind of (bi-distilled) whatever that is would getting this mean no need for kill coil ?

Any type of "pre-mixed" coolant (PC Ice, FluidXP stuff) you don't necessarily have to drop some silver in but if its distilled/deionized then you would have to use silver or biocide. If it says don't add anything to it in the description anywhere than it's most likely already pre-mixed into the fluid.

That feser water that you linked would have to have some silver/biocide in it.

If you want something that doesn't need silver or anything in it I personally use PC Ice (This is the clear one but you can pick your color) but Feser, FluidXP and Koolance make some also.

yea I think this has just been double distillation process I don't think it has any biocide even though on the bottle it says ( bi distilled )
