It really depends of the card. And I wouldn't use Rivatuner when I can get my hands on Afterburner...

Honestly if your looking for performence with that card, with modern games its gonna be hard.
As that card is really old, i would just recommend a new graphics cards as it will benift you more then actually overclocking that,
going ati or nvidia you will be able to get a cheap graphics card for about 150$ and still get almost twice the performence you would with that.

And the card gains like 200+ on all the options. Stays quiet, cool, and all. I use 590's and a 560 in my computers. My brothers has the 9600GT.

i still get playable framerates with it^^. if you dont play games with all settings maxed out it has still(but not for long xD) enough power imo.

i get:
Core clock: 825
Shader clock: 2000
Memory Clock:1224
@stock voltage: 1.100V stable
