Newegg is the bomb! the are giving me a 100% refund and they are paying shipping, I didn't even have to argue or anything! I'm about to buy a m4 from a OCN member atm. I've never dealt with such easy and great customer service.

Newegg knows how many of these drives have problems. They wouldn't normally cover shipping like that.
