Just realized somthing, i have 80$
this is 84, though im spending 10$ on shipping for somthing so i now only have 70$, but still. I can scrounge up 15$ in order to buy this SSD. Now all i need to do is find a way to power it...........all 3 of the leads on one of my cables are being used, and my 2TB and DVD drive are powered by a molex to dual SATA. Id either need to make a molex to sata or use an entire other cord just to give my SSD 2w of power
EDIT - New concept. Though it involves me cutting up my PSU (which i never wanted to do) i think its for the best, i have this floppy connector that wont go away, no matter how many times i tape/glue/cement it to the top of my cae it just flops down. What if i cut off the end and just added a sata power plug to it? I have a sata plug on a string of wires from an old PSU, would that work?Edited by Smoblikat - 8/2/11 at 7:37pm
