upset about AC:Brotherhood

Thread Starter
i bought AC:B during the summer camp sale, actually all three games, and have beaten the first two and have just installed Brotherhood.

one of the selling points was the awesome looking multiplayer

i have chosen "play now" it basically is trying to find a game and look for 5 more agents for 10 minutes now.

when i create a game its even longer. maybe finds 2 agents and then goes to zero.

is something wrong with my computer? or is no one playing this game?
if they arent, why? it looks so awesome!
im so bummed out

EDIT:
i finally got into a game.. 5/6 agents! then it said disconnected from host. so much for waiting for 15 mins.

Could be that no one plays the game online. Assassin's Creed has made it's mark solely on the Offline storyline.

Try resetting your router and updating Steam and see if that helps!

I've heard this same complaint, but only about the PC version of the game. The console version apparently has a lot more people playing online, so if you REALLY want to play it online, you'll hafta get a console version. But since the game is mostly sold on the single player, I don't know if I would bother...

Console is not much better, I got the game on release on console simply because my gf plays it with me and prefers to use the tv downstairs and console. At points we were waiting up to half an hour to get into a game. It's probably either not many people play it online on pc and console or just a poor matchmaking system. Then again really who plays AC for multiplayer? single player is where its at!

yeah i have AC:Brotherhood for ps3 and a lot of people play it. People complain a lot about the ubisoft servers handling assassin's creed i would bet thats a reason the community is low.

Love the game...a very different twist so any sort of online play

Too bad, because the multiplayer is a lot of fun when you really get into it. It was their first time connecting players online with this franchise, so I think the next game, if it has online, will have the problems smoothed out.
