New build - suggestions?

Hey, I'm going to be building a new PC soonish (Maybe september?) and I thought it couldn't hurt to get other opinions. So here's what I've put together over the last couple weeks, getting advice from many threads here Below each is just a little note saying why I picked.

Prices are in Australian dollars
CASE - Fractal Design Define R3 Titanium $145
- Aiming for a stylish & quiet build, and this case ticks both boxes for me

CPU - i5 2500k w/ Noctua NH-D14 cooler $215 + $97
- Highly recommended CPU from seemingly everyone, and I don't want to go the watercooling route just yet.

GPU: MSI GTX 560ti Hawk 1GB $289
- Payday after I eventually build this PC I will be buying another one of these cards to SLI.

MOBO: ASUS P8P67 PRO B3 $195
- Seems to be a good board, used a lot with SB/2500k builds.

PSU: Corsair AX850 $245
- I know it's overkill for SLI 560ti, but I'd rather not cheap out on a PSU so I have the option to upgrade to something like SLI 580s or future equivalent. $50 for peace of mind basically. And 100% modular

RAM: Corsair XMS3 8GB (2x4GB) $79
- Nothing special, low profile so it fits under the D14

SSD: Crucial M4 SSD 64GB $149
- Recommended over OCZ Vertex's because they're riddled with problems apparently. Cheaper than Intel.

HDD: Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB $59
- Cheap, fast & recommended by many

OPTICAL: ASUS 24X DVDRW Drive $25
- Just because

MONITOR: ASUS VE247H 23.6in Widescreen LED $195
- Cheap enough to buy another later on. Pretty big, and because it's ASUS.

FANS:
2x Noctua NF-P14 FLX 140mm - $54
1x Noctua NF-S12B FLX 120mm - $26
- Because they're quiet with pretty good CFM, reliable brand.

Total cost will be around $1850 AUD after shipping
So yeah, suggestions welcome

EDIT: +$25 for W7 Ultimate

Newegg is listing that PSU with a price of $190 + $5 shipping. I am not sure where you got $245 for a power supply.
