g500 vs deathadder 3.5 - Page 4

Try them both out at a store, buy the one you like better. Personally, I prefer the ergonomics of the DA and I feel that it tracks better too.
As for pads, the DeathAdder works quite well on any quality cloth pad. I'm currently using the extended Goliathus control edition and they work very well together.

As for the mouse pad I can't try it out, or at least I wouldn't know where to go to do that. I'll probably end up getting the speed just so it can be a little more slick

Thanks for the help guys

that code DID work but it was a one time use only.... someone used it already

No stores where I live (as far as I know) have them on display, I have very few stores with computer components in my city.

Newegg doesn't carry the medium size speed edition... So I'm either going to get the small or look for something around the 25 or less range.

Small should be big enough. 10.6 x 8.5 x 0.2 inches That's length x width x height.

http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/en_US/pd/productID.169417000

Somewhat of a size comparison.

Well if you don't have a Microcenter or any other PC parts store near you, you're probably out of luck.

Yea I was considering that, in fact my mouse pad I have now is basically the same size, and I rarely go to the edge, and with a lot more dpi I think I'm fine.

My city sucks, most we have is a bestbuy that's 20 minutes away, and I wouldn't rally want to drive there see a mouse pad they may not even have on display...

Best Buy VERY, VERY, likely does NOT have the Razer Goliathus on display, or any other gaming specific mouse pad, for that matter.

Well there isn't a store to try it out then haha.
Amazon is selling them the medium speed edition for 20, So I'll probably get the mouse from newegg (newcustomer10 ftw smile.gif) and the mouse pad from amazon
