When talking about the activation code, do you mean when registering the card on the XFX website?

Nice to see Vendor Reps on this site. I have owned 2 XFX cards over the last couple years. Feel good about purchasing another.

Question! I have an XFX discount code for the XFX store but every time I go to the website for the US it says "currently under maintenance" My code will expire soon if it hadn't already.

Yes. It is not accepting it at xfxforce for registering the warranty.

Hi Chuck. XFXShop.co.uk email out discount codes but they are primarily for the European market. As for the XFX US store being unavailable, I'm sorry but we do not have any further information on that.

I dont believe it!! this one is also getting black screens and artifacts!!!
This is not on,this one is going back and i want a full refund,no more replacements.

I am taking a video of this cards output for you to see.

Harry,im not angry with you as you have done your job as CS,but i am not getting another card from your company as i have lost all confidence in your products.

I am so disappointed.....

I have now tried this card in another machine and got the same result and tried the 5970 in that machine in mine and it runs fine.
Its the card which is faulty...again.

Hi B NEGATIVE, sorry to see you have been having issues with your graphics card. I can personally guarantee the card was game tested thoroughly for over 2 hours before being sent out to you, so we are very surprised to hear the card is giving you issues.

Occasionally serial numbers do get registered by mistake on the XFX website by customers entering incorrect serials, but again your replacement was a brand new product.

We understand your frustration and we will respond to your PM shortly. Apologies again for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we are trying to put it right for you.
